How it Works
Our facilitators draw on over a decade of experience running meetings for the biggest companies in the world. Our process begins with a consultation designed to uncover your meeting’s true objectives and includes robust and detailed agendas, custom visual templates, and exercises that ignite creativity.
ImageThink facilitates and documents hundreds of meetings every year. Using our unique blend of strategic illustration, graphic recording, and our own ImageThink Method™ of meeting facilitation, we help our clients strategize effectively, visualize your best ideas, and offer them the tools to predict future challenges, and take action.
Finding Your WHAT: Organizational Alignment
We help facilitate sessions for clients and teams that are in need of a North Star.
Whether it’s teams launching a new business unit, product, or initiative; or general confusion about who’s the leader and what’s the mission, ImageThink helps define the mandate, uncover shared goals, and shatter siloes.
Defining Your HOW: Strategic Planning
Meetings run by committee are doomed before they begin. No agenda. No structure. Worst of all, no documentation.
Whether you’re brainstorming, delivering a pitch, or developing a strategic plan, ImageThink facilitation helps uncover potential, chart a path, and identify tactics for success.
Embracing Your WHY: Purpose Reboot
ImageThink Facilitation guides teams to make the professional more personal, and ignite inspiration.
Collaborating in pictures sparks creativity, facilitates problem solving, and strengthens purpose. And purpose-driven teams inhabit the mission and are more excited and passionate about the work moving forward.

Frequently Asked Questions
Meeting illustration, or graphic recording as we call it, is the real-time translation of conversations or presentations into text and pictures. Graphic recorders do three things simultaneously: they listen for key ideas, synthesize them, and document them in visual form. It gives meeting and conference attendees an opportunity to absorb content on a visual level.
In a presentation, graphic recording increases engagement and memory-retention for the participants. Many people are visual learners, and studies indicate that people remember more information when combined with visuals, especially using mnemonic devices, than via spoken word alone.
During a brainstorm or strategy session, a skilled graphic recorder will synthesize all of the group’s contributions into a coherent visual while revealing connections between ideas that might otherwise have gone unnoticed. This practice promotes creative thinking, collaboration and deeper engagement by creating a collective vision (literally).
In our ImageThink workshops, we teach several ways of making meetings more productive, including effective whiteboarding techniques, group creativity exercises, and best practices for assigning action items and owners when the meeting is done.
At ImageThink, we price our strategic meeting facilitation according to the nature of your engagement – whether it’s an internal meeting or public conference, for example – and how much support you need. Staffing, time, and materials are all factors in our rate card. Get in touch to discuss how we can help bring your biggest ideas to the surface and we’ll provide you with a custom quote.
Whether in-person or virtually, organizations are demanding more out of their meetings. It’s critical to have seasoned and professional meeting and conference agenda design to optimize the time, creativity, and energy of their team to make an impact. ImageThink offers meeting facilitation, graphic recording, strategic illustration, and other meeting solutions that ensure every meeting not only accomplishes the goal, but delights participants.
