Throughout 2020 and 2021, the company’s transformational change division has had their hands full with helping clients navigate the waves of change caused by the Covid-19 pandemic.
This organization deployed 1,300 consultants who worked around the clock stabilizing the business and their clients, as well as responding to a massive increase in demand.

At the conclusion of this ImageThink-led experience, the group had defined their measure of success for their leadership team as well as devised a strategy map for 2022. Furthermore, our client had performed a holistic, company-wide assessment of their capabilities and how they could best meet them.
