Besides being business partners, Heather and I are also neighbors in Prospect Heights Brooklyn. One of the best things about our neighborhood is the main branch of the Brooklyn Public Library. So when they invited me to exhibit a selection of portraits of Brooklyn taken at public parks around the borough, I was excited. Not only would photographs made of the public in public spaces now be shown in the very public space of the library, but it was MY library.
