Illustrated Recipe: José Andrés’ Summery Gazpacho

  We thought we’d continue sharing some visual summer cooking tips with this recipe from last year’s Aspen Food & Wine Classic. While Chef José Andrés demonstrated how to concoct his wife Patricia’s gazpacho, we were taking careful visual notes. “This is the best salad in the history of mankind,” Andrés told the audience, according to the site YumSugar. “When you drink everything, life is so much better!” Apparently, Chef Andrés also uses his gazpacho as Bloody Mary mix. Add a couple ounces of gin and you’ve got an Andalucian version of the classic cocktail.
